Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm & Shop is home to the Sexton Family, we ask guests to treat our valued staff and family with the same courtesy and consideration you would expect were we visiting your home. General Terms of Entry and Operation

- Our animals are to be respected, please treat them with the upmost kindness at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave.
- We are an outdoor facility. In the eventuality of bad weather, events will continue to operate, therefore refunds will not be given in the eventuality of bad weather. However, if the events must close due to extreme weather conditions, the operators will endeavour to facilitate patrons on an alternative date and failing this, will provide a refund.
- If your chosen booking time is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you on the e-mail address provided at the time of booking. We will be offer an alternative date and time.
- If you wish to cancel your booking more than 48 hours prior to the day of your booking we will issue a coupon code for you to use for another event less a €2.00 admin fee per ticket.
- If you wish to cancel your booking less than48 hours prior to the day of your booking, we will issue a coupon code for you to use for another event less a €5.00 admin fee per ticket.
- If you wish to cancel on the day of your booking, we will issue a coupon code for you to use for another event less 50% admin fee per ticket.
- We are an outdoor facility, Ireland has exciting and unpredictable weather so please come prepared to enjoy your time with us rain or shine.
- Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- No Pets are allowed to visit Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm & Shop with the exception of assistance dogs.
- The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited.
- Only food purchased in our Tractor Café can be consumed on the premises for health and safety reasons.
- We do not allow picnics on site under any circumstances.
- Those under the age of 18 must be supervised and controlled at all times by an appropriate adult.
- We accept no responsibility for any personal property.
- No Bikes, Trikes, Scooters, Wheeleys, other wheeled vehicles other than Buggy’s, Prams and Wheelchairs are allowed on site.

- When you make your booking online you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code, this is your e-ticket, you will be required to present it for scanning at time of check-in.
- When you arrive at Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm and Shop please check-in with a member of staff in the Tractor Café or Farm Shop.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they have booked the correct date, time and number of tickets.
- If you wish to cancel your booking

Event Booking Policy Terms and Conditions (Seasonal Events such as Halloween, Christmas and Easter)

- When you arrive at Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm and Shop please check-in with a member of staff in the Tractor Café or Farm Shop.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to arrive at the start of their booked time slot. Failure to do so will result in inadequate time to complete all booked activities.
- Please note opening hours for the day of your booking. We recommend spending 2 hours on the farm at least to make the most of your visit. You are welcome to arrive earlier than your booked time slot to enjoy visiting the animals, some food in the Tractor Café or a look around our Farm Shop before your booked activity time slot commences.
- The order in which activities are enjoyed may vary from booking to booking to ensure you get best access to our facilities.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they have booked the correct date, time and number of tickets.

Tour Booking Policy Terms and Conditions

- When you make your booking online you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code, this is your e-ticket, you will be required to present it for scanning at time of check-in.
- At time of booking you will have the option to pay in full or pay a non refundable booking fee of €50. In the case where only a booking fee is paid you will we required to pay the balance due on or before the day of your booking. Payment of balance due can be made by Account Transfer, Cash, Debit or Credit card.
- When you arrive into the carpark on the day of your tour please send one member of your staff to the Tractor Café to check-in and keep students in the bus/transportation vehicle untill a member of our team arrives to greet them. Following check-in you will be introduced to your tour guide.

- At time of booking you will have the option to pay in full or pay a non refundable booking fee of €50. - Our party room walls are decorated beautiful with hand painted murals, for this reason you will not be permitted to hang or stick anything including decorations on the walls, door or ceilings.
